4. I like a firm bed but when a bed is hard with no give to it my back gets sore, so I was only able to sleep on my side and needless to say I didn`t sleep very well.

9. Everything - the common areas, the guest rooms - was neat and tidy, and the rooms were comfortable and big enough to include both a king-sized bed and a pull-out sofa bed.

10. Also the air conditioning unit blew all the way to the bed so we had to put a pillow on the unit to divert the air so it would not blow on us at night.
