1. So, Marriott Corporate, hear this: Sell this dump to someone who will run it like a Motel 8 and charge Motel 8 prices, and then maybe it won't have to be torn down.

3. At the Courtyard in Princeton (which incidentally is NOT in Princeton, but on the congested Route 1 corridor in Plainsboro) they charge as if they were an elegant boutique hotel in the heart of Princeton .
