5. i was passing through jacksonville on my way to miami wiyh my family in sep and i stop by at the hotel around 11-00p.m. in the night i got best rate and nice double room non smoking room was recently renovated with new bed and carpet front desk person was pleasent he guide me for dining and i ask for extra towel he provide instantley.

7. Our bed had a makeshift box mattress, no fitted sheet, and I questioned whther the sheets had even been changed since there were hairs in the bed.
