1. One of the cleaning people told me that sometimes people from off of the street come into rooms while they are being cleaned.

2. I do have to downgrade it slightly as the location is basically in the middle of nowhere - there is a Days Inn across the street and some industrial / commercial properties in the area, but that is about it.
