1. When we all went to bed the beds were very uncomfortable and when we woke up in the morning a couple of us found bites on our arms as if from bed bugs.

3. 5-10 minutes max, and I loved that we could walk without having to take a bus, etc (we are used to Walt Disney World!) Our room was very clean, and no sign of bugs - bed or otherwise.

Down right gross, carpet was gross, bed was like cardboard with a blanket over it, sliding glass door didn't slide, air didn't work, staff wasn't suprised when I told them it was a dump, refused to refund my money, i didn't stay two hours(dropped bags and went for food), I ate the money for the room, went to the ramada got a NICE room and took my kids to disneyland.
