1. We asked for a bathmat one time when they didn't leave one and the maids had no clue what we were asking for (we ended up putting down some hand towels since they didn't provide too many bath towels).

5. Also, it's handy that the Garden Walk mall is right behind the hotel where my husband was able to buy a bathing suit since he forgot to bring one.

10. We had some problems with: the hot/cold water in the bath/shower--too cold; my husband said it was not too clean, he had the sheets changed the first night because there were hairs intertwined in the sheets.
