1. I chose this property as it was close to a family member's home, and had room for three adults, as it had a separate bedroom and a hide-a-bed, as well as a good size kitchen area, with a two burner cook top, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and utensils.

2. The room and bed was comfortable, the bathroom was pleasant, excellent towels and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook small meals.

3. The room was clean enough for my purposes, but the one thing I needed most, aside from a clean bed, was wifi access which the room did not have, although the hotel claims it has.
