5. For business purposes, there's a FedEx drop box very close by, and there's an excellent dry-cleaning service which even hemmed some trousers for me with a one-day service at a very good rate.

6. I also was unaware that the room was only serviced once a week; yes, it is an extended stay property, but I have stayed at other long-term (non-Candlewood) hotels that were cleaned on a daily basis.
