The room we moved only had one bed and a couch so we took it and figured my mom and son could just sleep on the pull out bed, but the couch was in such poor condition it was unsafe to sleep on, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the springs that hold it together were missing or popped off, so she just slept on the couch cushions.

10. It looked like someone had used the sink and shower after the room had been cleaned by the staff and there was hair on the white sheets on one of the beds (needless to say I used the other bed!).
