5. I spoke with a Customer Service Rep at the Best Western HQ who placed a courtesy call on my behalf to the hotel manager, but again the request was denied.

6. I explained our situation to the Sales Manager and requested that the hotel waive the cancellation penalty of one night`s stay as a gesture of goodwill towards these families who had absolutely no control over this situation.

7. The front desk manager stated to me 'lots of hotels nowadays have clubs in them.

8. We called the front desk and the manager mentioned that there is a club inside the lobby and he said other people have called and he could not ask them to turn the music because the hotel does not own the club.
