5. When we arrived, we were told we could only have a King bed with a pull out sofa couch.

7. To top it off, when we pulled back the blanket and sheets, it was obvious that the bed had not been changed since its last occupants and the sheets, pillow cases and blanket were dirty with human hairs.

8. Our room (311) had a pull out sofa so there was plenty of room for the kids to move around when the bed was folded into the couch.
