1. Only 4 very very minor issues:1) bathroom ventilation is quite noisy and constant (but I guess I got used to it) 2) lack of boiling kettle for a cup of tea (perculator and microwave provided, awkward for those who drink tea).

5. Additionally, there is a strange wind tunnel sound in the bathroom 24/7, which is like the bass amplified noise you hear from some of those obnoxious sound systems featuring subwoofers.

9. Room 414 is near a constant fan motor that likely serves a number of bathroom ventilation systems, but delivers a very noticeable low hum and vibration, tolerable for us, but maybe not for others.
