1. The General Manager, Ann Marie Kimble, has set the tone for a level of hospitality that made my stay seem more like a bed and breakfast than a large chain hotel.

4. The only negatives I have is that the adjustable bed was too firm even at the softest setting (I like softer) and there is no ice machine on the third floor.
