1. We were in a non-smoking room but the bathroom seemed to continually smell like smoke.

8. The place is clean, beds are great with good pillows, bathrooms are clean, breakfast was satisfying, free parking (which is so expensive at the downtown hotels), check in and out was a breeze and the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Lisa.
