1. Plus we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to even check in because the woman did not know how to separate the bill between cash and credit.

2. The place is clean, beds are great with good pillows, bathrooms are clean, breakfast was satisfying, free parking (which is so expensive at the downtown hotels), check in and out was a breeze and the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Lisa.
