1. The bathroom and separate sink area were small and dingy.

2. There were cracks and bare paint spots on the walls , holes and large marks on the furniture, the carpeting was snagged and frayed, the bathrooms were tiny and had tiles falling off the wall, and there was mold growing in the wall unit air conditioner.
