3. The manager would not give me her name, but her initials are AYC,and she rudely explained that there was nothing she could do about the fact that the room was not ready, because the previous guests stayed well past check-out time, which was not her fault.

4. I thought that was completely unacceptable, especially since we paid for three rooms, so I went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager.

5. They make you feel so welcomed and when we got back at 12:45 am the night manager was just as excited to have you back and asked us how our day went.

6. I encourage Marriott to learn from what Jeff Johnston, the General Manager at the Nashville Marriott, is doing to maintain such a high level of service and work hard to replicate his process at every Marriott property.

8. They went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable from having coffee in the lobby in the morning, Lemonade, water & punch in the afternoon and a managers party with entertainment 3 out of 4 nights that we stayed with beer, wine, and a snacks.
