1. The TV was old, the bed was lumpy and the bathroom fixtures were all chipped and the taps were loose and the water temperature was hard to control.

2. ) Our room had a little bit of shabby in the bathroom (we are landlords and remodel a lot, so we notice these things more than others might) The bath door needed a little paint, and the caulking around the sink was sloppy.

3. Place is 'aged' though: older TVs, bathroom fixtures, carpets, etc. If you stay here, ask for second floor room.
