1. I booked this place because of the complimentary shuttle and because the website said it was recently renovated.

3. This place is awesome, a bit old but well maintained, affordable bought it at $59 through hotwire, staff very accomodating, and daily free shuttle to and from the airport which I used every day sightseeing Houston.

In the meantime, the Marriott shuttle went by, the Hilton shuttle went by, the Marriott shuttle went by again, the Hilton shuttle went by again (the Hilton driver stopped to say that we've been waiting so long that we should call them again, maybe they'd forgotten to pick us up), and the Marriott shuttle went by yet again.
