1. - Disgusting stains on the headboard, bathroom had dirt and hair all over it, black stuff bubbling up from the drains, splatters all over every piece of furniture and the tv.

4. Our bathroom fixtures were not secured to the wall and when you used them they moved in and out of the wall.

5. Even for a Hilton property, lighting in the bathroom is poor-I'm guessing this is how the housekeeper missed the open bottle of shampoo the previous guest left behind, not to mention the long black hairs strewn around the tub, the drain for which runs so slowly you are in water up to your ankles before even getting into the shower.

6. My room however had no hot water, water leaked out of the bath tub and saw bugs on the bathroom floor and mosquitoes in the room.

8. Having a window that opened or at least a bathroom fan that worked would have made the stay more relaxing.
