1. With 24 hour room service, a really nice 'Hot' (not lukewarm like so many others) Tub, a big clean delightful pool, free parking, a convenience store nearby, and the best, most genuine, sincerely pleasant, helpful and nice staff, this place rates easily a 15 on a scale of 1-10.

2. Even for a Hilton property, lighting in the bathroom is poor-I'm guessing this is how the housekeeper missed the open bottle of shampoo the previous guest left behind, not to mention the long black hairs strewn around the tub, the drain for which runs so slowly you are in water up to your ankles before even getting into the shower.

3. There is mildew on the grout of the tub as well as the molding behind the door.

4. My room however had no hot water, water leaked out of the bath tub and saw bugs on the bathroom floor and mosquitoes in the room.
