4. I am going to point out that I expected our room to stay junky from unpacking and going to ray's splash planet and once we return everything was cleaned up and new towels were in stock with some other items in the bathroom.

5. service is good, room was reasonably clean, but the smoke from smokers was getting into the room (room and floor was non-smoking), either thru the bathrooms vents, the floor below or the hallway.
