1. Only 2 small minuses - staff ran out of conditioner so left two minibottles of shampoo (good thing I brought my own just in case), and the free internet access in the lobby was out when I needed it.

Indeed, from the Sterling's lobby, it's barely a three-minute walk to the Woodlawn station, and then a quick fifteen-minute ride to the end-of-the-line in center city Charlotte, with convenient stops at the Convention Center, the Transit Center and the many restaurants and shops on the city's south side.
