1. THe half full coffee cup on counter, towels still on floor in bathroom, etc. THis is NOT the standards I am used to from a Best Western.

5. Some things appeared to have been fairly recently updated like the granite bathroom counter, thermostat controlled heating and cooling, and the energy saving light system.

8. The rooms are extremely spacious with 2 double beds (extremely comfy) bathroom and kitchen area as well as TV with good choice of channels.

I would not advise anyone to take this room in the future until it has been refurbished the nicotine coated walls & ceilings gave the room a pungent & fusty smokey smell I don`t think the room is a smoking one anymore but the years of nicotine were clearly evident, bathroom was very clean but basic.
