Although I still consider this hotel to be a great stay near the Convention Center and will return next year, there are some little annoyances starting to crop up, such as: although the room safes are huge (laptop + much more can fit) very few rooms have a functioning room safe, so if you want one you might want to make that a special request in your reservation and check for that at the Front Desk (they look up in a binder which room safes work), the free wireless Internet worked ok on the weekend but weekday early mornings came up with 'too many users' message for hours, there was no coffee pot in my coffeemaker, but hotel furnished one as soon as I called about it.
