3. Grounds are beautiful and the breakfast/happy hour are nice, but I can't get past unsealed grout and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and finding someone else's hair in the bed linens.

6. The sofas, cabinets, bed and dressers were new, though the fridge, stove, dishwasher and bathroom fixtures are not -- but using things that seem dated is in some ways better than sending still-usable appliances to the landfill.
