1. The outside is beautifully landscaped, has close in open parking to your suite, has the incredible breakfast and generous happy hour, has a very family friendly atmosphere, nice pool & hot tub area with plenty of chairs/tables under shade trees, very friendly staff, & lots benches around the grounds and in front of each suite.

4. I love the gardens, the breakfast (and I have to say, the breakfast dude was perfectly decent and nice to me, even helpful, so maybe he was just having a bad week when the previous reviewer was there?), the pool and hot tub, the fact that I didn`t even need to turn on air conditioning in my first floor room because it stayed so cool.
