1. However, the rooms are typically Hampton Inn with all the amenities - wonderfully comfortable beds, nice linens/towels, newer bathrooms, nice flat screen TV, comfy upholstered recliner and desk with free wi-fi.

2. Our room was smaller (narrower) than other Hamptons, and it seems to be only a couple of years away from a good updating (caulk bits missing in the bathroom, AC unit whose faceplate rattled).
