7. Negatives: The pull-out couch wasn't terribly comfortable; the bathroom plumbing wasn't in great shape (the shower faucet was loose), although it was working; there was no TV in one of the bedrooms; there was no phone cord in one of the bedrooms and the phone didn't work in there anyway even with the phone cord from the living room; the pool was quite cold despite supposedly being heated; the breakfast was monotonous although there was some variety (cereal, apples, fruit, coffee, english muffins, danishes, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and sausages everyday -- sometimes yogurt and oranges); only some (as opposed to all) of the staff that I talked to were helpful and friendly; the shuttle times did not work for us at all (7:40 am to Universal and Seaworld, 11:40 am to Disney Parks except Epcot which was more reasonable); and we were only able to attend the manager's reception twice as it was so early (6-7pm) and we hadn't come back from the parks yet.
