1. Location - close to many restaurants and stores (like Walgreens and 7-11) and only about 12 minute drive to Magic Kingdom.

4. -A couple of decent restaurants are walking distance to the hotel-A Publix & 7-11 are walking distance to the hotel-Kitchenette was functional and stocked with plates/pots/silverware/cups--I made spaghetti one night, Mac & Cheese another, and beans & rice another night.
