2. Well appointed rooms, good linens, beds with a minimalist, old school feel in the bathroom (think School tile from the 1950s).

3. The rooms were extremely old with dirt in all the corners, carpet that didn't fit creating humps, disgusting bathrooms too small to accommodate two people, and a feeling you would not want to put your toothbrush anywhere except back in your luggage.
