1. One thing I did not like too much are the bathrooms are small compared to other hotels.

I was there for a work related awards banquet - I had not ever been to this location as a Hilton property - The last time I had been here, it was still a DoubleTree - it was obvious there had been recent money spent to upgrade the TVs, the carpets, the drapes, the sheets - BTW, softest towels EVER - very nice soaps, etc. in the bathroom - VERY small bathroom - but serviceable - sound carried way too much so if anyone shut a door in the hallway, you knew it - same way about conversations in the hallway - but overall, still a nice place to stay (I thought the beds were too hard, but my travel companion said they were JUST RIGHT - so guess it is all a matter of preference).

Stained carpet, stained bedding, extremely outdated bathroom that bordered on unclean (the bathroom door was disgusting, there was an inch of dust on the toilet paper holder, dirty grout in the shower, and caulk everywhere), a TV remote that didn't work, and a TV that made a high-pitched noise every time we turned it on.
