3. I understand that there is office buildings next to the Hilton and they do need to charge yet it would have been nice to been given accurate information from the beginning.

Only one small main entrance in to hotel, Adding to the chaos was some big convention going on with major traffic jams on the front of Hotel, on top of it they charge me for over night parking for three nights even after I upgraded to the executive floor, and extra charge for wireless internet.
