1. Cons: Our towels were pretty shabby and should be replaced; our balcony had tacky 'plastic' greenery in the planter boxes; in order to reach our room on the 8th floor, we had to take two different elevators - the first lets you off on the 7th floor and you wind around the 7th floor to reach the elevator that takes you to the 8th floor.

2. The step-out balcony was tiny and faced the interior of the hotel, but if I actually stepped out onto the balcony and looked right could easily see Faneuil Hall.
