4. We had been upgraded at no charge from a Euro room (including champaigne and fruit basket) to a small suite, coffee and tea were on in the lobby 24/7, complimentary USA Today, Wall Street Journal and Syracuse newspapers were there for the reading.

5. The rooms are very nice (with new flat screens, DVD players and a complimentary movie library in the lobby), and the hotel is very concerned with being 'green' by recycling, giving you the opportunity to limit laundry and reminding you to turn off the lights when you leave (among other things).

6. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet each morning, extra headsets available for use with the gym equipment, fresh fruit in the lobby and a library of DVDs (new releases) that can be used on the DVD players in the rooms.
