Everything was as expected, except for the person at the
front desk
was kind of rude when my wife informed her there were no towels in the pool area she didnt even look up from her book and said there should be some in there.

clerks were always helpful, Joey, Kristin Steph ( Stephanie) and Erik impressed me with their professionalism and attentiveness.

Also, I've stayed at other Shilo Inns over the years traveling to see family and it jumped out at me that this Shilo, the

employees were obviously not in any dress code standard.
