1. The exterior is quite shabby and run down, but the rooms are large and seemed clean enough.

4. Next year I'm planning to stay at this hotel again for the Creating Keepsakes Scrapbooking Convention because of it's friendly employees, comfortable rooms, low rates, and proximity to the convention center.
