While the area the hotel is in is quite run down, a short walk west finds you in an area of beautiful heritage homes and treed

I agree with the other reviewer who wrote that the room shakes when a big truck goes by on the
street
next to the hotel-- like a small earthquake.

It is LOUD, you can hear conversations from the
street
and the entire room shakes and shimmers (similar to a small earthquake) as any vehicle larger than an SUV passes by.

If you happen to stay on the west side of the hotel, you are located directly off of what has to be one of the busiest

The room was on an end by the
street
and I suppose there must have been a grate, drain, or manhole-cover near by because all night we heard a loud CLUNK CLUNK sound.
