1. We also didn't like the mildew on the molding inside the bathroom or the dust in the room.

The rooms are small, plain and ugly (horrible green curtains, 70s oak furniture, a tube TV with basic cable, tired but clean bathroom), yet for the price (around $60/night) you get a reasonable bed, clean linens, free parking, free wifi, a fridge and microwave plus complimentary breakfast (cereal, bagels, pound cake, coffee, juice).

4. when they repainted the bathroom, they didn't even bother taping off or removing fixtures, so sloppy paint on knobs, hinges, etc., towel rack dented, large chip/chunk broken on the toilet tank lid, table leg split into pieces with exposed splinters.
