3. The one day I left to grab some AM fast food housekeeping was on my floor next store at my friend's place and when I came back (over 1 hr - decided to walk to the GM building and walk around), housekeeping was still cleaning the room.

4. Plenty of food choices with-in walking distance- Five Guys, pizza, American, Greek, Fishbone - seafood and Cajun/creole, delis, diners, bars, and nightclubs - some no cover before 10pm.
