When I went back to the

an hour later to ask to check out (even though I had a reservation for a few days) the woman behind the desk actually got snotty with me when I said the room was too gross to stay in.

front desk
clerk was dressed in a sweat shirt and jeans (which I feel is unprofessional) and he was incredibly rude when we asked to have our room switched.
