1. the construction is no big deal because it is just up at the guard gate, and won't effect you at all.

2. Just FYI- There was some construction going on while we were there because they are adding a convenience store/gift shop, coffee shop,deli, poolside bar and bbq, new game room/arcade by Summer.

8. So all in all then place has a few kinks (construction, no club house or gym built yet, internet and TV going out because of construction) but I'd highly recommend it if your looking for a home like relaxing environment in Vegas.
