4. reasonable and you get many more amenities than you get at your pricier hotels: free shuttle to the airport, free breakfast (including Belgian waffles); free gift basket in your room; Nintendo WII; exercise room and sauna; massage chair; fresh baked cookies every night; book and DVD library.

8. The effort being made is clear in the rooms to the point of being over the top with notices, teddys, baskets of things, some free bits, some you will be charged for if you use.

9. Yes this place is priced reasonably and yes the staff are very helpful (mostly) and welcoming and yes the free parking is great but that is where the good ends im afraid.
