1. Clean facilities and room/bath, comfortable bed, nice extra touches (free snacks and bottled water in the room, dried flower arrangement and a book in the bathroom), pleasant staff, really quiet - a really good value.

6. Free basket of snacks and sample lotions, free wireless, big tv, comfy bed, desktop computer in room, free breakfast, free coffee and fruit all day, etc. It's a great value and a charming little airport hotel that really puts forth an effort in making its customers' stay comfortable.
