1. Our kids spent every afternoon in the pool, and several days during our stay the hotel staff offered free popsicles to guest by the pool.

3. Although we could have just walked over to Aspen mountain to ski we took the 20 minute free shuttle ride to Snowmass Mountain where we skied off the Gondola side and had excellent conditions.

8. There are Hyatt shuttles for those who cannot deal with crossing the street to take the free RFTA buses to skiing.

9. We were a bit disappointed that they were always full, but the free shuttle buses to the other mountains are right across from the hotel and they leave about every 15 minutes, so it's not a big problem.

10. You are much better off not renting a car in Aspen, anyway, as it's more of a hassle than a benefit with so much free public transportation available.
