1. We stayed here because of the indoor pool & whirlpool and free shuttle.

3. However, they run a very good (and free shuttle service) that runs into Union Station once and hour in the morning and every 30 minutes in the evening until 10.

4. We found the location good for access to the city sights, and the free shuttle worked perfectly for us on every occasion, meaning we did not have to wrestle with city traffic - a big plus as we are Australians, driving on the 'other' side of the road .

5. shuttle is free TIP shuttle make a reservation for time hour 7 to noon & 5 to 11pm (they need a bigger shuttle & all day long) We traveled by Amtrak & used the shuttle to get to & from Union Station alot.

7. (that's never happened) They have this guy that does the breakfasts named Thomas Payton and he is super attentive, but gives you tips on what's happening in the hotel('don't miss this evenings free dinner-it's cateredand it's gonna be real good').

8. The hotel provided a free shuttle to Union Station every hour which was quite nice however, I think they should schedule them more often, the demand is quite high in the morning.
