1. Seals on the windows were poor and as such there was a lot of traffic noise and construction in the area.

3. The windows are single-pane--thin from decades ago and you can hear noise from outside as if the windows were wide open.

4. This hotel is also in a nice area, and we felt quite happy walking around at night, with very little noise in and out of the hotel from traffic etc.
