1. It was better than a cruise ship,or any other breakfast.

I brought it to the attention of the front desk attendant (immediately next to the booth) three times during the 20 mn it took me to realize that that booth was not going to help and three times, the attendant did not volunteer (and even refused) to print me a boarding pass on his apparently better working PC station (not a single person was waiting in line at the front desk to justify this request refusal and poor service).

3. Considerations for the rate we were charged (it was adjusted down) were great of course, and made it all the better, but just the way we were treated both in the reservation changing process, the check in process and throughout the whole 4 day trip was superb.

6. We were offered a 5th floor room at the end of the U and after looking at the room, I thought our 8th floor room looking at the Park Hyatt was actually a better view.
