1. Pros: Tiled bathroom, good pillows and firm bed, hot breakfast with eggs/sausage/potatos cooked there, free bottle of water, very fast internet (16/8Mbps with low vacancies), good fixtures, thermostat on wall to control temp, large flat TV.

2. Cons: Tiny bathroom with sink outside, cheap shower head (adjustable but not good control), HVAC was wall unit that blows on closest bed.
