1. The first lady running it, who is apparently the usual lady was very good and ran a tight ship, however the women who was there on the Friday and Saturday wasn't very good, had a couldn't care less attitude and didn't re-stock either the food or the plates/dishes.

8. We both became ill on our trip, the hotel took us to the urgent care, it picked us up and offered to take us to a pharmacy to have our prescriptions filled.
